By accessing and using the services provided by Chengdu RongXin KuiBi Technology Co., Ltd. ("RongXin Tech", "we", "our", or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
RongXin Tech provides computer systems design, integration services, and related professional, scientific, and technical services. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements or contracts.

Payment terms for our services will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional fees as permitted by law.
We strive to provide high-quality services, but we make no warranties that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all your requirements. Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RongXin Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of our business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of our services.
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our services and return or destroy any confidential information. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Chengdu, Sichuan Province.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
